Der bekannte Astronom Sir Frederick Hoyle zeigt auf Grund der Wahrscheinlichkeitsrechnung, wie weit hergeholt es ist, dass sich Aminosäuren zusammenfinden und eine Zelle bilden. Sir Hoyle, vergleicht die Unwahrscheinlichkeit mit folgender Illustration. „Wenn man annähme, auf einem Schrottplatz lägen alle Einzelteile für eine Boing 747 und es fegte ein Tornado darüber, dann würde mit derselben Wahrscheinlichkeit hinterher ein Flugzeug dastehen, das startbereit ist . Das Ereignis ist so zu vernachlässigen, dass sich auch nichts daran ändert, wenn das ganze Universum voller Schrottplätze wäre!“
Wenn wir die Komplexität unseres Lebens und des Alls betrachten, dann ist es vernünftig anzunehmen, dass ein intelligenter Schöpfer alles geschaffen hat. Die Bibel beschreibt Gott als den Initiator und Erhalter des Lebens.
WER HAT’S GEMACHT ?
Vor vielen Jahren fertigte Sir Isaac Newton eine exakte Miniaturnachbildung unseres Sonnensystems. Eine große goldene Kugel im Zentrum sollte die Sonne darstellen, an verschieden großen Stangen waren kleinere Kugeln angebracht, die sich um das Zentrum drehten. Diese kleineren Sphären repräsentierten Merkur, Mars, Venus, die Erde und die anderen Planeten – alles durch Zahnräder und Riemen zusammengehalten, um in perfekter Harmonie um die »Sonne« zu kreisen.
Eines Tages, während Newton Studien an seinem Modell durchführte, bekam er Besuch von einem atheistischen Freund, der ganz und gar nicht an den Plan von Gottes Schöpfung glauben konnte.
Erstaunt über diese Vorrichtung und über die Art und Weise, wie der Wissenschaftler die himmlischen Körper in ihrer Umlaufbahn in Bewegung brachte, rief er aus: »Meine Güte, Newton, was für ‘ne großartige Sache! Wer hat das für dich hergestellt? Ohne auch nur hochzuschauen erwiderte Sir Isaac: »Niemand!« »…Niemand?«, fragte sein verdutzter Freund. »Stimmt genau! Ich sagte „Niemand“! All diese Zahnräder, Riemen und Getriebe sind nur ganz zufällig zusammengekommen, und – Wunder über Wunder – durch einen glücklichen Zufall fingen sie ganz plötzlich an, sich in perfekten Zeitabläufen in Ihren vorbestimmten Umlaufbahnen zu bewegen!«
Der Ungläubige verstand, worauf Newton hinaus wollte. Es war töricht anzunehmen, dass dieses Modell einfach aus dem Nichts entstanden wäre. Noch viel sinnloser war es also, eine Theorie zu akzeptieren, die behauptet, dass die Erde und unser riesiges Universum durch Zufall entstanden seien!
